I've probably been asked that question 12 times today (as if you think I DON"T realize it!!) Most of the students around here are excited that we have this coming Monday out of school, and another long weekend, but for some reason they are acting as if the weekend is already here. Ok, folks we still have two more days of school before your little break, hang with me!!
6th: Today in class we practiced solving proportions. We will apply this more to real life problems tomorrow and have a quiz Friday!
7th: Today in class we went over HW and then took a quiz on Translating English to Math. We will not have class tomorrow due to the Field Trip, however I will see you again on Friday!! You will get your quiz grades back then!
8th -2nd block: It was announced that there would be a quiz today, however after realizing that many of the students in class were absent today and after going over HW and seeing the short amount of time remaining we decided to postpone the quiz until tomorrow! STUDY!!
8th -4th block: Today in class there was a quiz on Two-Step Equations. Tomorrow, you will receive the grades back from these quizzes and we will talk about how to solve equations using Guess-n-Check when you are given multiple choices. We will begin writing equations from word problems on Friday.
