STUDY!!

6th: Today in class we discussed using unit rates to comparison shop and began talking about proportions. No homework. We will talk more about proportions tomorrow and their applications then have a quiz on Friday!

7th: Today in class we did a pass around activity with translating English into algebra. HW Edhelper sheet #1-30. Quiz tomorrow!!

8th-2nd Block: Today we did a nine square puzzle on solving equations with variables on both sides then we talked about how these same techniques can be used on inequalities. They are to do the last column only of the worksheet on inequalities for HW. Quiz tomorrow on variable on both sides!!

8th-4th Block: Today we did a 16 square puzzle with two-step equations then talked briefly about two step inequalities. Students should do inequalities worksheet tonight for HW, don't worry about the line graphs yet. Quiz tomorrow on Solving Two-Steppers!
